Duties Load and unload shipments utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Ensure proper stocking and organization of warehouse shelves for optimal accessibility and safety. Conduct data entry tasks related to shipping & receiving logs, order fulfillment records, and inventory updates via ERP system. Support shipping logistics by preparing packaging materials. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred. Proficiency with ERP systems Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely. Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and trade compliance regulations related to international trade.
