We are seeking a reliable, local Yard and Warehouse Worker to join our Wayne facility. Key Responsibilities:

Forklift Operation:

Safely operate a forklift to move heavy materials.

Order Picking:

Pick and verify outbound orders.

Loading/Unloading:

Load shipments onto company flatbeds and customer pickup trucks.

Receiving:

Accurately receive, check, and log incoming distribution materials.

Stocking:

Keep inventory organized in designated yard and warehouse zones.

Safety:

Maintain a clean, accident-free, and safe facility floor.

Qualifications:

Commute Constraint:

Must live within a strict 20-minute driving radius of Wayne, NJ (punctuality is critical).

Physical:

Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 50 lbs in outdoor yard environments.

Experience:

Prior warehouse or construction yard labor experience is highly valued.

Traits:

Self-starter, strong attention to detail, and an excellent attendance record.

Pluses:

Existing OSHA stand-up forklift certification or plumbing product knowledge is a major plus.
