Job Summary :
We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Verification Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, verifying, and shipping materials. The ideal candidate will operate warehouse equipment, ensure product quality standards are met, and help maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate the strapping machine to strap bundles/units of product efficiently and accurately. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Use internal systems to accurately track material movement and transactions. Verify that all units meet company conformity and quality standards. Follow all company safety policies and report any maintenance or equipment concerns. Document completed pallets and maintain accurate records. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris. Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset. Previous warehouse or production experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to adapt and assist with a variety of tasks as needed. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of responsibilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, or forklifts, or willingness to learn. Bilingual skills are a plus.
