We are seeking 1st & 2nd shift Machine Operators | 2nd shift Material Handlers/Forklift Operators | 1st shift Shipping Assistants to maintain operations at a manufacturer located in West Deptford, NJ. This opportunity is long term to convert permanent.

Schedule:
1st shift- Monday to
Friday:
6AM to 2:30 PM 2nd shift- Monday to
Thursday:
2:15PM- 12:30AM
- MUST be available 6AM
- 2:30PM for training
Position Summary:
Responsibilities of Machine Operator include maintaining, controlling, and operating machines and equipment that are used for daily operations.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform machine setups (calibration, cleaning, etc) to start a production cycle. Control and adjust the functions and settings of machines. Feed the necessary raw material to semi-automated machines. Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools to ensure they meet requirements. Test the operation of machines periodically to guarantee their smooth running. Fix issues that might occur during the shift. Check output to discover any machine-related mistakes or flaws. Keep records of approved and defective units or final products. Maintain activity logs.Requirements:
Stable work history in the warehouse industry- at least 1 year of continuous employment with previous organizations Ability to handle heavy equipment.
- Material Handler/Forklift Operators
- $39,520.00 per year ($19.00 per hour) Schedule(s): 2nd shift
- 2:15 PM to 12:30 AM, Mon.
Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate- Material Handler|Forklift operator for this organization, you will be responsible for unloading product deliveries, maintaining stock in the warehouse, and moving stock and other materials to fulfill orders.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE
electric stand-up forklift experience Experience in operating forklift and pallet jack. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Stable work history- at least 1 year of continuous employment with previous organizations
Responsibilities:
Move freight and stock to and from loading docks, delivery vehicles, storage areas, and production areas either manually or using equipment such as forklifts. Follow written or oral instructions regarding daily tasks and job duties. Stage products based on customer orders; assist in filling customer orders. Sort cargo during loading or unloading process and mark containers with identifying information. Stack cargo in specific locations using cargo boards or pallets. Document the numbers of units handled or moved each day using production sheets. Participates in taking inventory. Maintains warehouse area, organizes, and places stock on shelves. Ensures area is always secure. (#3) Shipping Assistants- $39,520.

8:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday toFriday Position Summary :
The Shipping Assistant will be responsible for shipping & receiving merchandise, verifying & organizing products/distribution, and preparing related documents. Forklift exp. is required.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive merchandise, check and sign delivery slips, assist with unloading as necessary, unpack merchandise, verify the quality and quantity of items against supporting documents, accept or return merchandise according to established procedures, affix labels and security tags as necessary. Ship merchandise, pick product and pack for safe shipment, complete shipping documents and label. Complete forms, prepare documents and maintain files. Organize distribution and shipping of merchandise. Verify shipping & receiving against documents, prepare the merchandise and move to the appropriate area. Participate in taking inventory. Maintain warehouse area, organize and place stock on shelves. Ensure area is secure at all times.Requirements:
Must have previous experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Stable work history- at least 1 year of continuous employment with previous organizations Basic math and computer skills.
