Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment operation. This role requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently. Duties Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and manage stock effectively. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and cranes to move products within the warehouse. Prepare orders for shipment by picking items accurately and packing them securely. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational issues. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in inventory management tasks. Follow all safety protocols while operating heavy equipment. Drive product using a box truck to job sites (can go as far as Virginia/WV) but primarily will operate in NJ, PA, DE, and MD. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, with familiarity in operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and cranes. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment. Basic understanding of inventory management practices is beneficial. Must be able to lift heavy items as required.
