Our services include lead generation, referral support, virtual assistance, marketing support, and other solutions designed to help real estate professionals grow their businesses. As our operations continue to develop, we are seeking a dependable and organized Loader to assist with the handling, movement, organization, and preparation of materials and supplies used in our daily operations. Position Overview The Loader provides hands-on support for incoming and outgoing materials, office supplies, promotional items, equipment, and other operational resources. This position assists with receiving deliveries, moving and organizing materials, preparing items for distribution, and maintaining clean and orderly storage and work areas. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, attentive to detail, and comfortable completing a variety of hands-on support tasks. This position is well suited for someone who works efficiently, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in keeping materials organized and operations running smoothly. Previous experience in material handling, receiving, fulfillment, or general operations is helpful but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming deliveries, supplies, equipment, and materials Move materials safely between receiving, storage, preparation, and distribution areas Sort and organize supplies according to established procedures Prepare materials, packages, and promotional items for internal use or outgoing distribution Verify quantities and basic delivery information when receiving materials Inspect incoming items for visible damage or discrepancies Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing outgoing materials when needed Maintain organized storage areas and ensure materials are placed in designated locations Assist with tracking supplies and identifying items that need to be replenished Handle boxes, packages, marketing materials, and general business supplies carefully Support the setup and movement of materials or equipment for daily operational needs Maintain clean, organized, and safe work and storage areas Follow established procedures for handling and organizing company materials Communicate missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items to the appropriate team member Work closely with administrative and operations staff to complete daily assignments Assist with additional general operational duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience in material handling, receiving, fulfillment, stocking, or a similar position is preferred but not required Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable performing hands-on and physically active work Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team Basic ability to verify quantities, labels, and delivery information Willingness to learn company procedures and take on different operational tasks Positive and responsible approach to assigned work Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, carry, and perform repetitive tasks Ability to safely lift and move boxes, packages, supplies, and other materials Ability to perform physically active duties throughout the scheduled workday What We Offer Supportive and professional work environment Training for job-specific responsibilities Opportunity to develop experience in business operations and material handling Variety of hands-on daily responsibilities Collaborative team environment Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as the company grows Join Our Team At Brevo Referral LLC , organized and dependable operational support helps our team provide consistent service to the real estate professionals we work with.
