The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance in commercial settings. This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Efficiency Pay opportunities for Honest, Dependable, Hardworking individuals Duties Perform commercial cleaning tasks, including window cleaning, long poles, and ladders. Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas by following established cleaning protocols. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools safely. Use service apps to track job times and review notes / attachments Utilize scissor lifts and boom lifts when necessary for high-reaching cleaning tasks, adhering to all safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete daily assignments efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Skills Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety practices. Ability to operate a scissor lift or boom lift safely and effectively (training may be provided). Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods outdoors.
