Job Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment used to manufacture and package landscaping materials, including mulch, soil, and related products Stack, wrap, and label finished pallets Inspect products and packaging for quality Safely operate a forklift Receive, unload, and store incoming materials in designated areas Prepare and package orders for shipment Assist with loading and unloading trucks Safely operate power tools and hand tools as needed Perform inventory counts and report any discrepancies Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and production area Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Work outdoors in various weather conditions Lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

Forklift experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to safely operate equipment, power tools, and hand tools Good organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Basic computer skills for inventory management Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team We offer competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.
