Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various production processes, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Duties Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the assembly line processes, ensuring that products are assembled according to specifications. Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning. Support warehouse operations by organizing materials and products for easy access. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times. Utilize forklifts as needed for moving materials within the facility (certification preferred). Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency. Qualifications Previous factory or manufacturing experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with assembly processes and techniques is a plus. Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Experience working with hand tools and power tools is essential. Warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding material handling procedures. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team setting.
