This position is eligible for WGNSTAR's full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform shipping, receiving, storage, distribution, and fulfillment of materials, parts, and equipment, supporting both physical and administrative operations
- Manage customer orders by labeling materials, tracking inventory locations, and coordinating distribution across warehouses or production lines
- Complete SAP transactions, conduct cycle counts, and generate non-conformance reports to maintain inventory accuracy
- Prepare and oversee outbound shipments, including packaging, loading, and coordinating standard and nonstandard crating requirements
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cranes, trucks and maintain a safe work environment by following PPE and Lockout/Tagout LOTO procedures
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate and document information
- Proficiency in foundational computer tools, including warehouse management systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferences:
- Material handling experience
- Technical Certificate or Associate's Degree preferred.
