The Food & Beverage Warehouse Clerk will contribute to the daily operations of the loading dock and Food & Beverage storage areas. You will be responsible for receiving product orders, tracking inventory levels, maintaining accurate records of items received and transferred to outlets at TSV, and handling invoices and requisition forms. This job description is intended to be a broad description of duties. You will be asked to carry out all responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Reliable attendance on all scheduled work days
- Communicate with Vendor Representatives and Drivers to keep and maintain an organized receiving schedule
- Assist in counting and completion of end-of-month inventory processes
- Unload, load, carry, stack, and complete all other functions necessary to store product received
- Reports delivered goods to associated department managers
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and communicate shortages to department managers
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of storage areas and dock
- Record transfer of inventory to Food & Beverage outlets or to other departments
- Complete delivery of product to Food & Beverage Outlets as needed
- Communicate low or out inventory levels to Purchasing Manager
- Correlate invoices with product received
- Repeatedly lift and move heavy items
- Follow OSHA and TSV safety procedures for lifting, moving, and storing items
- Participate in and facilitate TSV recycling and green initiatives.
- Greets and assists guests by interacting professionally and enthusiastically when needed

Qualifications/Knowledge:
- Must already have or be willing to complete the New Mexico Food Handlers Certification upon hire.
- Must already have or be willing to complete the New Mexico Alcohol Server Certification upon hire.
- Must possess a valid Driver License
- Ambition to grow into higher position
- Minimum 1 years' experience in Shipping/Receiving preferred
- Ability to communicate in a positive and productive manner while completing duties
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings.
Work Environment:
Taos Ski Valley, Inc. is often a fast-paced work environment, especially during Holiday and Peak days. TSVI is located in a high-altitude alpine environment. Position may require travel on uneven, snow-packed, or icy terrain and may be exposed to wet, cold, and/or humid conditions. Must be able to work in close quarters and with other staff.Physical Demands of Position Include:
Will often lift and carry up to 50 pounds. 90-100% of the time will be spent standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and smelling. Occasionally sitting - less than 15% of the time.Background Check:
