Available Position Summary Polaris is seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our distribution and warehouse operations team in Fernley, Nevada. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products while maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting daily operational and customer fulfillment goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and products. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently. Load and unload trailers and containers safely. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Move materials throughout the facility to support warehouse and production operations. Maintain accurate inventory through scanning and inventory management systems. Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities. Verify shipments against packing slips and shipping documents. Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift. Basic computer and scanning device skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Preferred Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing experience. Forklift operating experience and certification. Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or order fulfillment. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Continuous standing and walking throughout the workday. Repetitive bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and twisting. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and exposure to warehouse equipment and machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
