Lithion Battery works closely with OEM manufacturers and end users to provide custom and high-quality power solutions for critical applications where reliability is paramount. Job Summary Reporting to the Shipping & Receiving Lead, the Material Handler is a liaison between the warehouse, production, and shipping & receiving areas. The successful candidate is responsible for delivering job materials to workstations, fulfilling material requests, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with customer fulfillment. This role is based in Henderson, NV at our Lake Mead location. Key Responsibilities & Tasks Wire and assemble HomeGrid Cubes for shipment Input ERP (M1) transactions and other data entry, while ensuring inventory control and accuracy Perform and report cycle counts Work with Engineering to assess and recommend material yield factors Maintain in-process inventory in workstations by delivering and preparing materials and supplies as needed Organize and repackage materials appropriately Fill out Non-Conforming Materials Report (NCMR) forms as required Prepare and package finished goods for shipment Load and unload trucks, using forklift as required Support logistics with inventory movement in and out of the warehouse Perform other duties outside their scope of work as assigned and required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or
GED. 1-3
years' experience in inventory control and/or shipping/receiving. Working knowledge of computers and office software (ERP, Outlook, MS Office) Strong technical and mechanical aptitude. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Great communication and collaboration skills Experience operating forklifts/material moving equipment preferred DOT Certification for shipping hazardous materials preferred Forklift Certification preferred
Pay:
$16.50 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
