No prior experience is required, as we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow in the warehouse field. We invite you to come in for an open call interview, where you will have the opportunity to meet with our team and learn more about the Warehouse Associate role.

OPEN CALL PAY/HOURS

Day Shift Only

• Friday
• Start time 06:30 am, end at 03:00 pm Starting $15-17 hour $250 Clear training bonus in 5-weeks

Current Incentives:

+$1/hr per week for perfect attendance and +$1/hr per week for performance goal 40 Hours Guaranteed every week Day Shift Only

• Mandatory overtime during peak seasons Our warehouse operates with a small team, making punctuality and good attendance is important for this role.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 40 pounds Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations Must be fluent in reading and speaking English Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time Must be able to work in a fast pace environment Able to withstand temperatures in a warehouse environment including changes in temperature and humidity and exposure to dust Specific vision abilities required (with or without corrective lenses) Attention to detail Occasionally requires to sit, climb, or balance We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
