PM Responsibilities:
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Assemble product kits according to customer specifications. Use RF scanners and handheld devices to process inventory and track orders. Prepare products for shipment and distribution. Perform quality inspections to ensure order accuracy. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals. Follow all company policies, procedures, and workplace safety standards.
Requirement:
Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, picking, packing, or kitting is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
