In this vital role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring processes run smoothly, inventory is organized, and orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the efficient daily operations of the warehouse. Key duties include receiving, storing, and distributing materials; ensuring inventory accuracy; maintaining a clean and organized work environment; and following all safety protocols. This role plays a vital part in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while upholding company quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and Shipping:
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

Ensure timely and accurate shipping of products to customers.
Inventory Management:
Organize and store inventory in designated locations for easy retrieval.

Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.

Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the supervisor.
Warehouse Operations:
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Follow company procedures for labeling, storing, and documenting materials.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Report safety hazards or violations to the supervisor immediately.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues.

Assist in training new warehouse employees when needed.
