The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the efficient daily operations of the warehouse. Key duties include receiving, storing, and distributing materials; ensuring inventory accuracy; maintaining a clean and organized work environment; and following all safety protocols. This role plays a vital part in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while upholding company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and Shipping:

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

Ensure timely and accurate shipping of products to customers.

Inventory Management:

Organize and store inventory in designated locations for easy retrieval.

Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.

Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the supervisor.

Warehouse Operations:

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Follow company procedures for labeling, storing, and documenting materials.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Report safety hazards or violations to the supervisor immediately.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues.

Assist in training new warehouse employees when needed.
