You'll be: Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, pick, and put away materials and products Managing material requests and ensuring timely delivery to production or storage areas Accurately following work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Supporting physical inventories, cycle counts, and ensuring proper stock rotation using FIFO and FEFO practices Performing order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, processing transfer orders, and handling samples Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Communicating issues or improvement suggestions to management Identifying and recommending process improvements for operational efficiency and safety This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School Diploma or GED (required) Bring 5-7 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment environment, with shipping/receiving experience (must have) Demonstrate proven experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred) Are able to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs frequently Possess experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); NetSuite experience is a plus Have strong basic math, reading, and documentation skills Are proficient with computers and handheld inventory devices Can follow oral and written instructions accurately Are dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Are willing to work long hours and flexible schedules as needed Work effectively both independently and as part of a team Have previous experience in a high-volume distribution environment As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
