General Laborer - Installer

General Laborer I - Job Duties & Responsibilities General Duties Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment Prepare and clean job sites, including debris removal and basic site maintenance Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely (hammers, drills, saws, shovels, etc.) Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, mixing materials, and measuring Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and temporary structures Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines at all times Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers Assist with demolition, cleanup, and final site inspections Communicate effectively with team members and report issues or hazards Physical & Work Requirements (optional add-on) Ability to lift 50+ lbs Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to work flexible hours as needed Work Environment Combination of job-site, warehouse, and office support Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Fast-paced environment with changing priorities •

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
