Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (ORT, CST) Active and unrestricted state license, or eligibility for licensure in New York Experience in a hospital operating room setting Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills Ability to function collaboratively within a surgical teamRole Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain the surgical environment before, during, and after procedures Assist surgeons and nurses with instrumentation and sterile technique Ensure safe and effective handling of surgical instruments Monitor patient safety and surgical asepsis at every stage Participate in continuing education and hospital training initiativesBenefits and Perks:
