Responsibilities include:

Service customers at the counter and over the phone by taking orders and entering them into the system accurately, Provide product, pricing and availability information to customers. Retrieve orders from warehouse quickly and accurately. Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking inventory. Safely operate warehouse equipment - including forklift, pallet jacks, etc. Participate in Inventory Control procedures Local deliveries may be required.

Requirements:

Must have plumbing and/or HVAC experience, must be at least 21 years old, excellent customer skills and phone skills, team player, able to follow written instructions and procedures, able to perform basic math, understand inventory, warehouse, and stocking procedures, knowledge of company products and basic computer skills.
