Company Description The Auto Paint Depot Inc. is a Long Island-based supplier of automotive paint and refinishing products serving both professional body shops and DIY customers. Located in Deer Park, the company provides custom color matching, a wide selection of top paint and refinishing brands, and knowledgeable support. Team members work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment focused on accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction. Role Description The Warehouse Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Deer Park, NY. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping automotive paint and refinishing products while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. Daily tasks include unloading deliveries, checking incoming shipments against documentation, labeling and shelving inventory, and preparing orders for outbound shipment. The position also involves collaborating with team members to meet deadlines, support accurate order fulfillment, and ensure a safe, efficient work environment. Qualifications Experience with core warehouse operations, including Shipping & Receiving and Packing preferred. Knowledge of the automotive industry (auto body, paint, parts, or related experience preferred). Receive and organize incoming inventory. Ability to perform physical tasks such as unloading trucks and moving products safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow written instructions, pick accurate orders, and maintain organized storage areas. Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work full-time on-site in Deer Park, NY. Basic computer skills for using warehouse systems or shipping software; prior warehouse or distribution experience is preferred. Ability to lift and move boxes and materials as required, following all safety guidelines; willingness to learn product details and handling requirements. Ability to work on your feet throughout the day.
