We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Warehouse Associate - Shipping & Receiving to join our growing operation. This is a hands-on position responsible for helping products move efficiently through our warehouse—from receiving incoming shipments and verifying inventory to picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. What You'll Do Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders and packing slips. Inspect incoming merchandise for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies. Properly label, organize, and put away received inventory. Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Pack products securely for shipment. Prepare shipping labels and required documentation. Process outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, LTL, and other carriers as applicable. Stage completed orders for carrier pickup. Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records. Communicate inventory, receiving, or order discrepancies to the appropriate team members. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices. Work closely with Customer Service, Purchasing, Customization, and other departments to keep orders moving. Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse responsibilities as needed. What We're Looking For Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to stay organized while handling multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn shipping and inventory systems. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or inventory experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Ability to safely lift, carry, move, and handle products throughout the workday. Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus. What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
