Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by picking and packing individual items and bulk orders. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage inventory accurately, and a focus on ensuring quality in packing and shipping. The candidate must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards and maintaining excellent teamwork. Experience with computers and inventory systems a must! Responsibilities Perform inventory control tasks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Operate inventory computer systems efficient and accurate inventory tracking Preparing Items for shipments, which includes filling bottles, labeling, etc. Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse layout for optimal workflow. Execute order picking processes to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication throughout the warehouse Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is required. Familiarity with inventory control systems and order picking processes is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
