A premier manufacturer of high-quality wellness supplements located in Islandia, NY is currently seeking reliable Pick & Pack / Warehouse Associates to join their growing production team. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, fast-paced environment.
Shift:
Full-Time (Mon - Fri): 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products and inventory for shipping. This role requires attention to detail to ensure product quality and order accuracy, along with the physical capability to handle active warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:
Accurately select, pick, and pack products, raw materials, and orders based on pick tickets or shipping manifests.
Packaging & Palletizing:
Box, label, seal, and stage finished goods for shipment; stack materials safely on pallets.
Inventory Control:
Assist with receiving incoming materials, stocking production lines, and maintaining accurate product records.
Quality & Safety Compliance:
Perform basic visual inspection of products and packaging to maintain high quality standards and keep the work area clean and hazard-free.
Team Collaboration:
Work efficiently alongside production and warehouse teams to meet daily output goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Physical Capability:
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
Work Ethic:
Punctual, dependable, and capable of working in a steady, physical warehouse environment.
Detail-Oriented:
Strong focus on order accuracy, item numbers, and proper labeling.
Experience:
Prior experience in pick/pack, warehouse, production, or manufacturing (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food/beverage preferred, but not required).
