We focus on protecting data, ensuring compliance, and recycling electronics sustainably. Our warehouse operations are essential to preparing, processing, and shipping electronics as part of giving them a second life. Role Overview We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in our electronics recycling facility. The role includes sorting, organizing, and disassembling equipment, preparing items for resale or recycling, and assisting with shipping and logistics. A key focus is maximizing recovery value by identifying, preserving, and preparing high-value components and products for resale. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork to keep warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory Handling & Value Recovery Sort, organize, and move incoming electronics by category and condition. Identify and preserve high-value items for resale to maximize recovery value. Sort materials into the appropriate channels (wholesale, retail, or scrap) under supervisor guidance. Support accurate inventory flow through labeling, staging, and tracking. Disassemble products when required, ensuring valuable parts are set aside. Flag and label items with defects, missing parts, or special handling needs. 2. Shipping & Logistics Handle local pickups, including loading and securing electronics and materials. Receive and unload incoming deliveries and organize materials for processing. Pack, label, and stage products for shipment following company guidelines. Maintain accuracy in order preparation and shipping documentation. 3. Team Support Maintain warehouse organization, safety, and cleanliness. Support e-commerce by ensuring inventory is set aside as they get ready to list. Assist with bin clearance, pallet moves, and general warehouse flow. Carry out other duties and projects as may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications Prior warehouse, logistics, or labor experience helpful but not required. Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs. Comfortable using basic tools and equipment. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in handling products. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Reliable, organized, and willing to learn.
