Job Summary Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and become an integral part of our logistics and distribution operations. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting warehouse workflow. You will be responsible for accurate order fulfillment, safe handling of goods, and smooth coordination across all warehouse activities. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure safe handling of goods. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, maintaining high standards for accuracy and quality. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels and identify discrepancies promptly. Assist with daily shipping and receiving activities (UPS, FedEx & LTL Freight) . Support warehouse distribution processes by loading trucks efficiently and unloading incoming freight while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with packaging products securely for shipment, ensuring all items are properly labeled and meet shipping logistics requirements. Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency across all warehouse operations. Communicate effectively with team members. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed (up to 50 pounds). This is a seasonal business so overtime hours are required when needed. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, stock stocking, and shipping & receiving processes. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus. Knowledge of shipping documents such as Bill or Ladings and Packing Slips is helpful Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards. Pay:

$18.50 - $19.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 38.75 per week
