Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate

Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery with warehouse operations and inventory support.. As a key representative of our company, you will interact with customers and provide exceptional service, making your role vital to our operations. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products efficiently using equipment such as pallet jacks. Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely arrivals. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any necessary documentation. Assist with receiving shipments and stocking inventory Organize warehouse shelves, storage areas, and materials Prepare orders for pickup and delivery Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Assist with inventory counts and stock management Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues during delivery. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Experience Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Experience in warehouse operations or as a courier is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading deliveries.
