Job Description

TN01 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to warehouse tasks. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the seamless distribution of products and ensure customer satisfaction through accurate and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and update records accurately Assist with inventory management activities such as stocking, cycle counts, and stock replenishment Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker equipment, pallet jacks, or forklifts Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit Maintain accurate data entry of shipping & receiving records and update inventory databases Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers and ensuring compliance with trade regulations Perform routine warehouse operations including stock rotation, quality checks, and cleanliness standards Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal or external inquiries professionally Follow safety procedures consistently to promote a secure working environment
Qualifications:
Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and data entry accuracy Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely (certification is a plus) Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, and international trade regulations is advantageous Familiarity with ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms like MRPs (Material Requirements Planning) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock handling and documentation Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods If you are motivated by efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
