Responsibilities
Assist with the end of line paperwork, if necessary
Reconcile numbers accordingly and work with cold in order to find any variances
Able to keep lines running and incur no downtime on equipment
Train and share knowledge with team members to help improve their skills
Scan all pallets in, accordingly with no mistakes
Be involved in implementing solutions and ideas in the department
Maintain a strong focus on Safety, Quality and Efficiencies
Work with other departments to create and maintain a "whole team" atmosphere
Keep areas clean and organized following the 5-S guidelines
Enforce and observe all safety rules and regulations as put forth by Chobani and OSHA
Operate all industrial powered vehicles required for assigned area efficiently and in a safe manner
Must keep equipment in good working order and use lock out tag out procedures for non-operation equipment
Make sure that your equipment battery is maintained and if needed changed out at the battery room
CHEP pallets must be received from the Cold Warehouse and stacked in the kaufman magazines without downtime
Do daily inspections and checks on your equipment and fill out the necessary paperwork
Scanner gun must be charged and a part pass down between shifts
Product must be placed in the proper chill tunnels according to line and SKU
Anything required by the leadership team to make the flow of production safe and fluent
Ensuring the correct materials are supplied to each point of use and removal of excess waste streams
Maintained the correct process flow with finished goods
Other duties as assigned by the Shift Lead, Manager and Supervisor
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours and lift, push, or pull up to 60 pounds
Must be at work on time and maintain good attendance

75, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
