Onsite Role Overview:

Ascendo is seeking a Data Entry / Warehouse Associate for our client, a leading diamond bridal jewelry company. This role supports daily production and inventory operations—managing order processing, materials flow, and ERP data entry to keep production running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment .

Key Responsibilities:

Process and update customer orders, cancellations, and QC issues in ERP. Pick, barcode, and organize inventory to fulfill orders accurately. Verify deliveries, manage stock discrepancies, and assist with cycle counts. Generate purchase notes, shipping, and receiving documents. Inspect materials and packing lists for accuracy and quality. Collaborate with purchasing, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely material flow. Maintain organized ERP and inventory records. Support returns and QA preparation as needed.

What You'll Need:

1+ year of relevant experience ( 3+ years preferred ) High School Diploma or GED required Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
