Part Time- Monday-Friday 8am-2pm Basil Ford of Niagara Falls is part of the Basil Family Dealerships, a trusted name in Western New York automotive sales and service. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Parts Material Handler to support out busy parts and service department. This role is essential in ensuring accurate inventory management, timely parts distribution, and efficient dealership operations.
What You'll Do:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts against repair orders and invoices Label and organize parts by repair order for technicians Deliver parts to technicians and assist with staging vehicles for repair Coordinate with parts department and estimators on backorders or missing items Return incorrect, damaged, or unused parts to vendors Maintain a clean, organized parts storage and staging area Assist with inventory tracking and parts documentation Follow safety procedures and dealership policies
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Able to work independently, self-motivated and can get along well with others Automotive parts or collision center experience is a plus but not required Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Team-oriented with strong communication skills
