Job Description

Job Overview We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to manage daily operations at our compact warehouse facility (415 sq ft). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping things organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and promptly Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse space Receive and stock incoming inventory Operate a manual pallet jack to move inventory and shipments as necessary Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in restocking as needed Communicate with the team to ensure smooth order fulfillment Ensure all shipments meet quality and packaging standards
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or packing/shipping role preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Good organizational and time management skills Ability to lift boxes up to 40 lbs Comfortable using basic shipping software and inventory systems (training provided)
