Warehouse Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic operational team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods within our warehouse facility. Your proactive approach will support seamless warehouse distribution, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently. Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, replenishment, and organization using RF scanners and warehouse management systems like AS400. Assist with order picking and packing using various tools including pickers and order pickers to ensure timely order fulfillment. Conduct shipping and receiving activities, verifying inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and completeness. Maintain proper materials handling procedures in compliance with OSHA standards to promote a safe working environment. Support manufacturing or construction-related activities by handling raw materials or components as needed. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize storage layouts, improve inventory accuracy, and streamline warehouse operations. Experience Proven warehouse experience with a strong understanding of inventory management, stock control, and materials handling techniques. Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, or similar machinery; certification is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 is highly desirable. Prior experience in shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, or manufacturing environments is advantageous. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment operation. Mechanical aptitude or construction background can be beneficial for understanding equipment maintenance or setup. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings. Join us in a role that keeps the wheels turning! Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
