We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Employee to join our team at CityMedRx, LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of pharmaceutical products within our warehouse. This role requires adherence to strict regulatory standards and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and Inspecting Goods:
Verify and inspect incoming pharmaceutical shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards. Document and report any discrepancies or damage to supervisors.
Inventory Management:
Accurately record and update inventory data using computerized systems. Perform regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure proper storage of products according to pharmaceutical guidelines and safety regulations.
Order Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and prepare pharmaceutical products for shipment according to customer orders. Ensure all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Label and handle products with attention to detail and compliance with safety standards.
Warehouse Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols. Dispose of expired or damaged products following regulatory guidelines.
Compliance and Safety:
Follow all health, safety, and regulatory procedures specific to handling pharmaceutical products. Report any safety hazards or incidents to management promptly. Participate in company provided training programs to stay current on industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or pharmaceutical environment preferred. Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and safety standards is a plus. Ability to operate warehouse equipment (certification may be required) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
