Full-Time / Part-Time About Us B&C Prime Inc. is a fast-growing live auction and wholesale company specializing in liquidation merchandise, customer returns, collectibles, toys, household goods, and electronics. We sell products through live-stream auction platforms and are expanding our team. We are currently hiring multiple positions, with an immediate need for Warehouse Associates. ⸻ 1. Warehouse Associate (Priority Hiring)Responsibilities:
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Label packages and maintain inventory accuracy
- Assist with unloading and processing incoming products
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
- Support the live-stream team by preparing auction items
Requirements:
- Reliable and responsible
- Able to lift and move boxes
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Warehouse, shipping, Amazon, eBay, or logistics experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team ⸻ 2.
Responsibilities:
- Host live auction streams
- Engage with viewers and create an energetic atmosphere
- Present products clearly and professionally
- Encourage bidding and increase audience participation
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Outgoing personality and positive attitude
- Comfortable speaking on camera
- Sales, retail, social media, or live-stream experience preferred ⸻ 3.
Live Stream Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist hosts during live streams
- Manage products and auction flow
- Help track inventory and winning bids
- Support audience engagement
Requirements:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Fast learner
- Team player
- Experience with live-stream platforms is a plus ⸻ 4.
Backend Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily warehouse and live-stream operations
- Manage inventory and shipping workflow
- Schedule staff and support hosts
- Track sales performance and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities
