Site About the Company A well?established industrial distribution company in Ronkonkoma is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join their team. The company handles a high volume of electrical components, industrial parts, and packaged materials, and maintains a clean, organized warehouse environment. This is a temp?to?hire opportunity with long?term potential for the right candidate. Position Overview The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for material handling, pallet movement, labeling, repackaging, and general warehouse support. Candidates must have forklift experience and at least 1-2 years of warehouse background. Key Responsibilities Operate forklift to move, load, and stage materials Use pallet jacks to transport products throughout the warehouse Repackage and prepare materials for orders Apply labels and verify product information Assist with shipping/receiving as needed Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Follow safety procedures and company protocols Requirements 1-2 years of warehouse experience Forklift experience required (sit?down or stand?up) Pallet jack experience Ability to lift 40-50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast?paced environments Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM $23-$24/hr, weekly pay Temp?to?hire with long?term potential Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $24.00
