Warehouse Manager Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing various tasks in a warehouse environment to facilitate the efficient and timely delivery of products. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse to meet customer demands. Duties /
Responsibilities:
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Ensure that orders are properly labeled and prepared for shipment. Complete accurate shipping documentation. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks following safety guidelines. Follow all safety protocols and report any safety concerns and incidents immediately to Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is a plus but not required. Basic computer skills for data entry. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Forklift certification and knowledge of safety regulations is a plus.
Required Physical Abilities:
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
