The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, fulfilling orders (will require time on a computer), and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Duties Perform stock management by receiving, sorting, and storing incoming products. Execute picking and packing of orders accurately to ensure timely shipment. Conduct heavy lifting as required, handling products weighing up to 50 pounds. Maintain inventory management systems to track stock levels and product locations. Assist with order fulfillment processes to meet customer demands. Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses. Participate in shipping and receiving activities, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space. Skills Proficient in stock management practices and warehouse operations. Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus. Ability to learn, read and use select software (Shipstation, Microsoft Office, etc) Strong skills in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift. Familiarity with inventory management techniques and best practices. Experience in order fulfillment processes is advantageous. Solid understanding of inventory control methods to maintain accurate stock levels. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and efficiency in the workplace. Work with our in-house shop (screen printing, embroidery, and direct-to-garment printing) to ensure projects are being produced and shipped on time.
