In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth operation of our distribution center. You will handle order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management—ensuring our fine rugs and heavy carpet rolls are processed safely, neatly, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Material Handling & Lifting:

Frequently lift, push, pull, and slide rug and carpet rolls weighing anywhere from 10 to 100 lbs .

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and reach trucks, to maneuver inventory across the facility.

Packing, Shipping & Receiving:

Accurately wrap, label, and prepare rug orders for courier or freight delivery. Unload incoming shipments and verify counts. Working at

Heights:

Comfortably work at elevated heights ( 15-20 ft ) to store and retrieve inventory from high racks.

Inventory Control:

Conduct regular physical inventory counts, log product SKUs using basic computer software, and restock designated rack locations.

Warehouse Safety:

Maintain a clean, organized work environment to ensure maximum safety and efficiency across all operations.

Key Requirements Work Authorization:

Permanent Residency or US Citizenship required.

Transportation:

Must have reliable personal transportation to and from the warehouse.

Experience:

No prior warehouse experience required—we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic!

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift continuously for an entire shift. Comfort with
