Job Description
Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged accurately and efficiently, ready for distribution. This position requires a commitment to quality and safety, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Responsibilities Accurately order picking and package products according to specifications and quality standards. Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies before packaging. Label packages clearly and correctly to ensure proper identification during shipping. Assist in the loading and unloading of products as needed. Use of a pallet jack to move product around the warehouse Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse or manufacturing Previous experience using a pallet jack Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Basic math skills for counting and measuring products accurately.
