Job Description
Job Summary Team Fabrication is seeking a General Laborer to join their growing business in West Falls, NY. This position is a full-time position. Team Fabrication is a local leader in platform and sheet metal fabrication. The General Laborer is responsible for helping maintain an organized shop, basic groundskeeping, and assist welders in the fabrication process. The right candidate has opportunities for growth. Duties Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure tools, equipment and work areas are well maintained and organized Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed Perform basic fabrication work as directed (sanding and polishing) Manual tasks such as unloading fabrication materials, staging tools, equipment, or other materials as needed Support groundskeeping activities such as mowing and plowing Perform local pick up/deliveries to suppliers/customers Qualifications Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work consistently Basic mechanical understanding Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to work extended hours as needed Valid driver's license High School diploma Willingness to learn and grow in position Self-starter Join our team today!
