Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Deliver parts, equipment, and materials to technicians at job sites as needed. Pick and stage equipment and materials for upcoming installations and service calls. Track inventory levels and assist with inventory counts. Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Return unused materials and ensure proper inventory documentation. Coordinate with office staff, service technicians, and installers to ensure materials are available when needed. Maintain company vehicles and ensure they remain clean and organized. Assist with warehouse projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and move equipment and materials weighing up to 75 pounds. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills preferred. HVAC, warehouse, construction, or delivery experience is a plus but not required. What Success Looks Like Warehouse remains organized and inventory is accurate. Technicians and installers receive the right parts and equipment on time.
