Machining General Labor We are currently hiring for a Machining General Labor position in Alliance, OH. • Operate machinery to cut metal materials (aluminum, copper, steel, etc.) to specified lengths
• Use punching machines to create holes or shapes according to production specifications
• Measure and inspect materials to ensure accuracy and quality
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and always wear appropriate PPE
• Assist with other general labor tasks as needed in the shop Minimum Requirements
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment Nice to Have Skills
• Prior experience working in metal fabrication or manufacturing
• Basic math skills for measuring and inspecting materials
• Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery Preferred Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a production or fabrication environment is a plus Other Requirements
