Job Description
Warehouse Associate Amelia, OH Full-Time | First Shift Direct Hire Opportunity Pay - $19 to $21 Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining an organized warehouse environment while ensuring the timely distribution of materials, promotional products, and company resources. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in organization, and is willing to assist with a variety of warehouse and facility support responsibilities. Responsibilities Receive and process incoming mail, packages, freight deliveries, and vendor shipments Manage warehouse inventory and maintain organized storage areas Prepare and ship sales, recruiting, and marketing materials to internal teams and external partners Coordinate recurring monthly product and promotional mailings Order product samples and catalogs from vendors as needed Operate a forklift to move inventory, materials, and supplies throughout the warehouse Track inventory levels and assist with fulfillment program management Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records Assist with basic facility maintenance, including minor repairs and workspace upkeep Support outdoor property maintenance activities when needed, including lawn care and snow removal Partner with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or fulfillment experience preferred Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to assist where needed Ability to follow written and verbal instructions High school diploma or equivalent required What We're Looking For Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Commitment to accuracy and quality work Excellent interpersonal skills when working with coworkers, vendors, and customers Dependable and self-motivated with a team-first mindset Physical Requirements Ability to lift, move, and transport warehouse materials Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature fluctuations This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, takes pride in maintaining an organized operation, and wants to join a stable, team-oriented workplace.
