Shift:

1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team in the Batavia area. In this role, you will oversee the daily receiving of mail, small parcels, and freight trucks at the shipping dock. You will manage warehouse storage, handle shipping and receiving operations, and maintain inventory for salesperson fulfillment programs. Additionally, this position coordinates monthly network mailings, performs light building maintenance, assists with the annual Sales Leader Summit, and occasionally helps with outdoor property upkeep.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving:

Oversee the incoming receipt of mail, small parcels, and freight trucks at the dock.

Inventory & Logistics:

Manage warehouse storage and inventory for salesperson fulfillment programs. Order out-of-stock sample items and catalogs from appropriate factories as needed.

Material Handling:

Safely operate a forklift to move materials, inventory, and supplies throughout the warehouse.

Fulfillment & Mailings:

Coordinate monthly mailings of specials and new products to the dealer network. Manage the packing and shipping of recruiting and sales materials to prospects and the sales team.

Event Support:

Assist with the preparation and execution of the annual Sales Leader Summit.

Facility Maintenance:

Perform light building maintenance as needed (e.g., small repairs to the building or cubicles). Hand-handle outside lawn care or snow removal when those services are not contracted out. Qualifications Ability to perform all essential duties and physical tasks satisfactorily. Prior experience operating a forklift is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
