Job Description We are looking for a high-performing Melt Operators to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our production output.

Job Type:

Full-time Paid Weekly Starting pay is up to $18.50 an hour. Additional Benefits Output Production Incentive

• Begins after 90-days of continuous employment
• Earned based on perfect attendance and production output of over 29 ton to 31 ton
• Paid monthly
• Pays an additional $2.00 to $4.00 an hour for regular hours worked
• Pays an additional $3.00 to $6.00 an hour for overtime hours Royalty Incentive 5 years of continuous employment
• Onetime bonus of $3,000 10 years of continuous employment
• Onetime bonus of $8,000 15 years of continuous employment
• Onetime bonus of $15,000 Please note that all new hires must pass an employment drug screen prior to beginning work .
