Warehouse Associate

Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Firearm Sales Associate who has a strong interest in both firearms and technology. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a dynamic and expanding company. In addition to assisting customers on the sales floor, you will also play a key role in supporting warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with firearm and accessory purchases in a knowledgeable, courteous, and professional manner Operate and maintain point-of-sale systems and other store-related technology Maintain up-to-date knowledge of firearms, optics, accessories, and compliance regulations (training provided if needed) Process transactions, background checks, and required documentation accurately and in compliance with federal/state laws Help manage inventory using digital systems, including intake, labeling, and stocking Support warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, unpacking, and organizing inventory Ensure the sales floor and warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked Participate in store promotions, displays, and merchandising Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet sales goals Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of firearms preferred, or strong willingness to learn (training provided) Comfort with using and learning technology (POS systems, inventory software, etc.) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be 18 years of age or older Must pass a background check and meet all legal requirements for firearm handling/sales Must pass a drug test.
