Cleveland, Ohio Temporary-to-hire opportunity Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description The Warehouse Associate plays an essential role in daily warehouse operations by handling inbound and outbound shipments, operating forklifts and warehouse equipment, and ensuring products are processed accurately and safely. This position is responsible for picking and packing orders, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining inventory organization, and completing required paperwork. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Pick and process orders by reading pick tickets and completing required paperwork Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and motorized pallet jacks safely and efficiently Load and unload shipments while ensuring product accuracy and preventing damage Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking duties as needed Assist with inbound paperwork and shipment documentation Move products to designated staging, shipping, or receiving areas Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and consistently Strong verbal and written communication skills 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred 1-2 years of forklift experience preferred Forklift certification preferred
