Overview We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Associate, Laborer & Landscaper to join our team. This versatile role combines warehouse operations, labor-intensive tasks, and landscaping responsibilities to support our manufacturing and distribution processes as well as investment properties held by a partner company. Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory within the warehouse using hand tools and power tools. Operate machinery such as excavators and other construction equipment safely and efficiently. Perform landscaping duties including lawn care, mowing, tree trimming, landscape maintenance, and gardening to maintain company grounds. Conduct general maintenance tasks on equipment, tools, and outdoor areas to ensure safety and functionality. Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for staff and visitors. Assist with irrigation system installation and repairs as needed for landscape upkeep. Use landscaping tools and hardscape materials for projects involving garden beds, walkways, or other outdoor features. Requirements Mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, excavators, or similar equipment. Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly desirable. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Familiarity with snow plowing equipment and techniques is a plus. Strong work ethic with attention to safety protocols during equipment operation and manual tasks.
