is seeking applicants to join our Operations team as a Material Handler . This role supports inventory accuracy, material movement, production support, and store organization while helping CELINA meet our commitments to Quality, On-Time Delivery, and Competitive Cost. This position works closely with the production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are received, stored, tracked, and delivered accurately and efficiently throughout the facility. Key Duties & Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming materials and products Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts Deliver materials to production and warehouse areas Organize and store inventory for efficient retrieval Support inventory accuracy and material availability Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, and related equipment safely Complete ERP and warehouse system transactions accurately Assist with quality inspections and identification of damaged materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate material shortages, issues, or inventory concerns promptly Follow all safety procedures and reporting requirements Support KPI expectations related to inventory and operations Other duties may be assigned. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. What We're Looking For Ability to safely operate forklifts or willingness/ability to become certified Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred Forklift or powered industrial truck experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Basic computer and ERP system skills Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills Positive attitude and teamwork mindset Regular standing, walking, lifting, bending, and material movement Ready to build something that lasts?
